DotA 2 is a Free-to-play MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) is a world famous video game developed and published by Valve Corporation. A lot of gamers criticize DotA 2 and compare the game to LoL (League of Legends) and HoN (Heroes of Newerth). Well first things first DotA a.k.a. The map itself was made on the World Editor of Reign of Chaos and was most commonly used on Frozen Throne. Valve corp. acquired the rights to DotA and developed a stand-alone sequel to the game which came to be known as the world renowned game DotA 2. The beta testing phase apparently began in year 2011 but the official release was on 2013. The two games, namely LoL and HoN, are game adaptions inspired by DotA. It may seem biased but never the less DotA will always be the best MOBA video game for me.
